Most of you will have heard of the BDS movement, but some of you may not know exactly what it is, so briefly...
Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) is a Palestinian-led movement for freedom, justice and equality. BDS upholds the simple principle that Palestinians are entitled to the same rights as the rest of humanity.

It works to end international support for Israel's oppression of Palestinians and pressure Israel to comply with international law.

We thought, like Liverpool Friends of Palestine, it would be useful to us to have a target, which we will announce at each of our rallies for all of us to boycott over the coming fortnight….and hopefully for a lot longer.
SO over the next two weeks may we encourage you to boycott Coca Cola.
Coca cola is not in my fridge because it operates in Atarot, an illegal Israeli settlement built on land that Israel has stolen from Palestinians, in violation of international law.
So help stop Coca Cola profiting from the occupation and join me as I say
“Not in my fridge!”
